I just bought little sailor from Handango and entered the reg code they gave me.

It says it is registered and to restart. I restart and it still says "please register Little Sailor"

I have even soft-reset my palm, to no avail.

when played it asks for the code again.

any ideas?

This must be a HotSync ID problem. Please see the "The activation code I received does not work" section on this page:

and send us the HotSync ID that you have set on the device.
